Registration Policy, Cancellation Policy, Reschedule Policy & Inclement Weather Policy
**A class reservation does not make your registration final. Registrations are final upon paying for class in advance (at least 48 hours before class) or making prior arrangements with our registration department.
Align Spine Health Center, LLC is one of the only training centers in the DMV that can accommodate private classes, however advance notice must be given in order for us to accommodate this request.
Align Spine Health Center understands that situations may arise that require the need to reschedule or cancel class. With that understanding in mind, our policy is as follows:
***Once registering for a class, all sales are FINAL and NO REFUNDS. ***
ALL classes must be PAID in FULL prior to attending class.
Strict NO SHOW Policy – NO Refund and NO Rescheduling. Must pay Full Price to register for a new class.
Classes rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time and date will have 5 calendar days to reschedule the class within 30 days of the previously scheduled class. NO REFUND will be provided. In addition, the student will have to pay a $50.00 rescheduling fee/individual.
Classes rescheduled within 48 hours prior to class, students may reschedule the class within 30 calendar days from the previously scheduled class. NO REFUND will be provided. In addition, the student will have to pay a $25.00 rescheduling fee/individual.
Classes rescheduled over 48 hours prior to class the student will be given one complimentary opportunity to reschedule the class within 30 calendar days of the initial class. If an additional reschedule is requested after the initial complimentary reschedule, a $25.00 rescheduling fee will apply.
Weather cancellations will be decided 12 - 24 hours prior to class at the discretion of Align Spine Health Center, LLC.
Align Spine Health Center, LLC also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at our discretion.
